In China's cement production industry, rotary kiln is mostly used to calcine cement. We all know that the cement rotary kiln is an upgraded version of the traditional vertical kiln. So what are the advantages and disadvantages of the vertical kiln and the rotary kiln for cement production?

     Can reduce air pollution. China's main industrial fuel is coal, which will produce some exhaust pollution. Cement rotary kiln products have been developing new fuel technologies, such as the use of natural gas, which will reduce air pollution.

     Save fuel. The cement rotary kiln has a higher utilization rate of fuel, while the vertical kiln is still burning coal, and the utilization rate of fuel is relatively low.

     The final product is cement stone with better powder and whiter color. The shaft kiln will be much worse than it will be.

     Continuous discharge can greatly improve the production capacity of the kiln. The vertical kiln is intermittently discharged, and the production efficiency is not high enough.

     Of course, the cement rotary kiln has a higher cost as an upgraded version, so the price is higher.
