Rotary kiln operator's work points

 

(1) Operation target: Stabilize the kiln temperature during normal operation, take care of both before and after, use wind and coal (oil) reasonably, master the correct fuel ratio, properly lengthen the flame, adjust the reasonable flame shape and position, and do not damage The kiln lining, not low material, achieves the high-yield, high-quality, low-consumption target.

 

(2) Operation system: Many factories have developed a system-wide operation management method of “three fixed, four stable, five good relations, and a normal operation system” for the characteristics of the precalciner kiln. The following small series introduces three fixed, four stable, handles five relationships, and establishes a normal operating system.

 

1 three fixed: fixed kiln speed, fixed cutting amount, layer thickness of fixed cooling machine. Xiao Bian believes that the three fixed foundations are the fixed feeding amount, which prevents the feeding from being too much, and it is easy to disturb the normal production of the preheater and the decomposition furnace.

 

2 four stable: that is, stabilize the kiln flue gas temperature; stabilize the mixing chamber outlet temperature; stabilize the system exhaust; stabilize the preheater outlet temperature. The four stable foundations are to stabilize the temperature of the outlet of the mixing chamber to ensure the stability of the decomposition furnace, the temperature of each part of the preheater and the decomposition rate of the kiln material.

 

3 Deal with five relationships: the relationship between the kiln and the furnace; the relationship between the new raw material and the return material into the kiln; the relationship between the kiln and the preheater, the decomposition furnace, and the cooling machine; the kiln and the coal mill Relationship between the host and each auxiliary machine.

 

4 Establish a normal operating system: that is, in daily production, the fire-fighting personnel are required to achieve “one stable, two clear, four diligence”. One stable is the thermal system of the stable kiln system; the second clear is to know the chemical composition of the raw material and the amount of feed, and to understand the change of ash, moisture and fineness of the pulverized coal; , diligent contact, diligent observation of the parameter changes indicated by each instrument.
