Therefore, in the operation process of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln, it is necessary to pay attention to the presence or absence of the material layer, thickness, discontinuity, etc., and the position of the material package. Whether the air volume is appropriate, determine the movement state of the material in the kiln, and find abnormal conditions.
