The size of the roller shaft and the machining accuracy are rarely checked or the construction unit only performs visual inspection;
The tile bolts, oil spoon fixing bolts and oil pan fixing bolts are not fastened and loosened according to the standard. The bolts are easy to loose after the test run. Some small details are loose because the oil pan fixing bolts are used. The looseness of the platen bolts caused an overturning accident;
The relative size of the oil spoon and the roller seat in the roller seat should be re-examined to prevent the roller from rubbing against the oil spoon and the relevant part inside the roller seat when the tilting to the limit, and the oil spoon is damaged. It has been found that the oil spoon and the roller seat friction cause the oil spoon to be damaged, the oil supply is insufficient, the oil spoon is stuck inside the roller seat and the tile is scrapped, and there must be no foreign matter between the tile surface and the shaft. In the kiln head wheel seat, excessive clinker particles are introduced to cause a tile damage accident.
